How would you like to spend a night in jail for “Hamburger Battery”?  Rykihia Moore had to, and I bet she didn’t have the night of her life in there.

On June 9th, in a Clearwater, Florida home,  Rykihia Moore and Mario Thornton were arguing about “being unfaithful” in their relationship. This argument escalated to the point of  Moore throwing a hamburger at Thornton and hitting him in the eye with it. Moore was arrested for simple battery dating violence (Hamburger Battery), a misdemeanor, and she spend the night in jail and was then released the next day on her own recognizance.
