Daytona Beach, Fla., September 22, 2015 – Harry Sperl “Hamburger Harry”, founder and president of the world famous Hamburger Museum, announced today he is a Guinness Book record holder!
Sperl announced today his collection of hamburger memorabilia earned him a place in the renowned Guinness Book of World Records in the category of largest collection of hamburger related items . Among the many artifacts found in Sperl’s collection is the world famous Hamburger Harley, made from a 1987 Harley-Davidson 1100 Evo Sportster. Sperl enjoys sharing his love for the burger with everybody! Obtaining this recognition seals Sperl’s long entrepreneurial dream to open a hamburger museum. The hamburger is taken seriously by Sperl, but he does not call it an obsession, instead he says it is a love for all things American. Sperl’s enthusiasm goes as far as having his very own hamburger water bed. He would eventually like to showcase his collection, which amounts to tens of thousands of items, in his own Burger Museum. This museum would add a fun new attraction to the local Daytona Beach area. Sperl has even started his own Burger website known as Burger Web ( www.burgerweb.com )! Sperl has also acquired the original Good Burger Mobile from the classic 90’s movie “Good Burger.” Currently the Good Burger Mobile is laying rest in Daytona Beach Florida.
