Fat Choy Burger. Within the tiny Eureka Casino is this small burger joint. Located in the Downtown Arts District, the Fat Choy combines all the best Asian-American elements into one half pound Angus burger. Including short ribs, bacon, fried egg, cheddar, and roasted tomato.
